In het tweede kwartaal van 2026 werden in Twente 1.485 woningen verkocht, een stijging
van 12,2% ten opzichte van een jaar eerder. Landelijk lag die stijging op 6,6%.
De mediane verkoopprijs in Twente kwam uit op ongeveer €440.000.
Ook opvallend:
- aanbod: +16,5%
- gemiddelde verkooptijd: 28 dagen
- gemiddeld 2,9% boven de vraagprijs
- vorig jaar was dit nog 3,6%
Voor jou interessant: meer woningen komen op de markt én er worden meer woningen
verkocht. Tegelijkertijd neemt het overbieden wat af. Kopers krijgen daarmee iets meer
keuze.

Bestaande koopwoningen waren in juni 2026 gemiddeld 4,1% duurder dan een jaar eerder.
Ten opzichte van mei stegen de prijzen met 0,6%.
Tegelijkertijd werden er bijna 8% meer woningen verkocht dan in juni 2025.
Voor jou interessant: er zit dus nog steeds prijsstijging in de markt, maar het tempo
neemt af. Tegelijkertijd worden er meer woningen verkocht. Dat betekent volop beweging op
de woningmarkt.
